Following his critically acclaimed, World Music tinged “Medallion”, Hank’s latest effort is pure Americana! With song styles ranging from Bluegrass and Country through Folk, Blues and Rock & Roll, Hank paints an insightful portrait of our fast fading American Dream. Featuring an “All Star Cast” of Houston based musicians, including Ken Gaines, Jack Saunders, TC Smythe, Jeff Duncan and Mark Zeus,  “American Dreams” will inspire you to “raise your voices for justice & peace”.

For his writing and performance work on "American Dreams", Hank was nominated for the 2009 "Singer/Songwriter of the Year" award by the Academy of Texas Music.

Hank's first CD as a songwriter, Medallion, combines elements of Folk, Blues, and Rock with Brasilian, Cuban, African and Indian rhythms. Medallion was recorded over a 2½ year period in studios across Texas , in Colorado and New Jersey . It features Hank on guitar, bass, percussion and vocals with an outstanding supporting cast of some of the best friends and finest musicians he has performed with over the last 15 years including: Colin Brooks, Ken Gaines, Karen Mal, Brian Mullins, Jeff Duncan, Mike Fitzmaurice,Tommy LaBella, Jaywant Utpat and Marco.

For his work on Medallion, Hank was nominated for the 2006 “Producer of the Year” award, by the Academy of Texas Music.
